摘　　要：给出了严格块α-对角占优矩阵的等价表征,进而得到了广义严格块对角占优矩阵的实用判据,作为应用给出了严格块α-对角占优矩阵的谱包含域。In this paper, we give the equivalent representation of the strict block - diagonally dominant matrix. Moreover, we obtain practical criteria of the generalized strict block diagonally dominant matrix. As its applications, the spectral inclusion region of the strict block - diagonally dominant matrix is given.
