豆芽中氯霉素残留监测结果与分析

摘　　要：目的：对深圳市南山区、福田区、罗湖区部分农贸市场中的豆芽，随机抽取48份，进行氯霉素残留监测。方法：采用酶联免疫法进行实验，并对筛选出来的疑似阳性样品进一步通过液相色谱-质谱／质谱方法确证。结果：监测结果阳性率为4．2％。结论：监测结果提示深圳市区豆芽市场存在一定的安全隐患，需加强监督管理。53 samples of bean sprout product were collected at random in the Nanshan district, Futian district, and Luohu district of Shenzhen to monitor chloramphenicol residues. Method： The samples treated were directly metered using the ELISA method; the possible positive samples were further confirmed through the LC - MS/MS method. Results： The positive ratio was 4.2%. Conclusion： The above results show that the market of bean sprout product in the Shenzhen has a certain potential safety hazard and the supervisian and administration of bean sprout safety should be intensified.
