摘  要:目的:对深圳市南山区、福田区、罗湖区部分农贸市场中的豆芽,随机抽取48份,进行氯霉素残留监测。方法:采用酶联免疫法进行实验,并对筛选出来的疑似阳性样品进一步通过液相色谱-质谱/质谱方法确证。结果:监测结果阳性率为4.2%。结论:监测结果提示深圳市区豆芽市场存在一定的安全隐患,需加强监督管理。53 samples of bean sprout product were collected at random in the Nanshan district, Futian district, and Luohu district of Shenzhen to monitor chloramphenicol residues. Method: The samples treated were directly metered using the ELISA method; the possible positive samples were further confirmed through the LC - MS/MS method. Results: The positive ratio was 4.2%. Conclusion: The above results show that the market of bean sprout product in the Shenzhen has a certain potential safety hazard and the supervisian and administration of bean sprout safety should be intensified.
