摘 要:针对温室内手动施药喷雾质量差、容易造成施药人员中毒的问题,基于AT89S52单片机开发环境设计温室自动变量施药系统;研究了喷杆行走速度和喷头流量对作物单位面积雾滴沉积量的影响。实验结果表明:所设计的温室自动变量施药系统可根据上位机对CCD采集的病害信息处理结果,对喷杆行走速度和喷头流量进行控制,实现无人自动变量施药;在喷头型号、喷雾压力一定的条件下,改变喷杆行走速度和喷头流量可使单位面积雾滴沉积量的变化范围为0.27~0.76μg/cm^2,很好地实现了自动变量喷雾;单位面积雾滴沉积量与喷杆行走速度和喷头流量均呈线性关系,相关系数R2均大于0.99。The work presented in this paper is a variable spray system designed for the improvement of pesticide application quality and protection of operators in greenhouse from pesticide contamination. The control unit of this system is based on the AT89S52 single chip, from which the spray variables were evaluated, such as moving speed of the boom, spray duration and spray rate, etc. Experiments were conducted for confirming the relationship between the droplet coverage on targets and the moving speed of the spray system. The test results showed that the droplet deposit on measuring area is between 0.27 - 0.76 μg/cm^2 , and a liner relationship between droplet deposit on targets and spraying volume, and the relationship between droplet deposit and boom speed gave a very high similarity with previous one, related coefficient R^2 is above 0.99.
