摘　　要：目的了解昆明市孕妇的营养知识、态度及饮食行为(KAP)的现状,了解影响孕妇营养和健康状况的原因,为今后的干预性研究提供基础资料.方法随机抽取定期产前检查的290例孕妇,进行现场问卷调查,采用方差分析、相关性分析等方法进行资料分析.结果昆明市孕妇的孕期营养KAP得分为13.72±1.90,及格率为86.90%,但存在着一些认知和行为上的错误.孕妇营养KAP受到教育程度、职业等因素的影响.相关性分析显示,孕期营养知识和行为正相关.结论孕期营养健康教育仍存在问题,应针对不同背景人群采取不同的措施,并把宣教对象扩展到除孕妇外的家庭成员,才能有效提高孕妇营养健康状况.Objective To survey nutrition knowledge attitude and the eating behavior on pregnant woman of Kunming, to analyze the reason of affecting the pregnant woman nutrition health, to provide the basic data for later intervention research. Method 290 examples was selected randomly from 3 hospitals, self-administered questionnaire was conducted. Results The Kunming pregnant woman＇s nutrition KAP score was 13.72 ± 1.90, passing rate was 86.90%, but had some limitation in cognitions and behavior. Education level and occupation influences nutrition KAP level of the pregnant woman. The correlation analysis demonstrated that the behavior and the nutrition knowledge and the behavior had positive relations. Conclusions The pregnant women＇s nutrition health education still has some problems. We should take different measures to different background people, and expands the scope of other family member to enhance the nutrition KAP of pregnant women.
