摘 要:目的通过小鼠游泳实验和血清尿素氮测定研究黄蚂蚁粉的抗疲劳功效.方法黄蚂蚁粉样品浓度分别为1.65%、3.30%、5.00%作为低、中、高3个剂量组给小鼠连续等容量灌胃,对照组给予蒸馏水.30d后测定小鼠负重游泳时间和血清尿素氮水平.结果3个剂量组小鼠的血清尿素氮水平均显著低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3个剂量组的小鼠游泳时间与对照组无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论黄蚂蚁粉能够降低运动后小鼠的血清尿素氮含量,在一定程度上具有抗疲劳功效.Objective To study the anti-fatigue effect of Yunnan yellow ants on mice by weight-loading mice swimming test and blood urea nitrogen level test. Methods The mice were divided into three dose groups of 1.65%, 3.30%, and 5.00%. The control group was given distilled water. 30 days later, loading swimming time and blood urea nitrogen of the mice were tested. Results Blood urea nitrogen level of mice in three dose groups decreased significantly compare to control group, while the loading swimming time didn't prolong. Conclusion Yunnan yellow ants may have anti-fatigue effect.
