摘 要:目的了解元谋农村高水氟区小学生营养知识、态度、行为状况(KAP),为后续的营养防氟研究提供理论和实践上的依据和参照.方法采用问卷调查方式对192名的1~6年级的小学生进行营养知识、态度和行为的调查.结果营养知识方面,只有25.2%的小学生营养知识得分及格;绝大多数小学生在营养态度上是积极的,91.7%的小学生对自己的健康状况很关心;行为层面,不吃早饭(60.6%)、不喝牛奶(65.5%)、喝生水(23.6%)等不良饮食行为的占比比较严重.结论当地小学生对营养知识的掌握情况不甚理想,要充分利用当地小学生营养态度较为积极的有利条件,加强营养知识的普及以及正确饮食行为的宣传,为后续在当地开展的营养防氟工作提供思想与行为上的准备.Objective To investigate the nutritional knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of primary school students in high-fluorine water rural areas of Yuanmou, to set up a fight nutrition idea by health education and develop a healthy diet pattern in order to promote their nutrition status, and to provide basis for following research on nutritional protection from fluorine. Methods The KA P questionnaire survey was conducted among 192 students from 1 to 6 grades. Results The qualified rate of nutritional knowledge achievement was 25.2%. Most of the students were positive on nutritional attitude. 91.7% of the students cared about their health. The rate of doing irrational behavior was high on nutritional behavior. Conclusions Most students are short of essential nutrition knowledge, while we could strengthen the education on nutritional knowledge and rational nutritional behavior by taking advantage of the pupils' positive attitudes. And all the practice will be prepared for the following research on nutritional protection from fluorine.
