摘  要:目的评价髓室压力对中层牙本质树脂粘结强度的影响。方法32颗第三磨牙随机分组,实验组以15cm水柱模拟髓室压力。Clearfil S^3 Bond粘结剂作树脂光固化后微拉伸力学测试。结果实验组粘结剂应用时间为300 s时,微拉伸粘结强度明显下降。实验组和对照组相比较,150 s组和300 s组的微拉伸粘结强度差异均有统计学意义。结论模拟髓室压力会影响中层牙本质树脂微拉伸粘结强度。Objective To evaluate the influence of pulpal pressure on bonding strength of middle dentine and resin. Methods 32 human extracted third molars were randomly divided into two groups. Middle dentine was exposed and the adhesive( Clearfil S3 Bond) was applied. Then 5 mm thickness of composite was built up under simulated pulpal pressure. The teeth were sectioned into the microtensile samples and tested in the 858 MTS. Results With simulated pulpal pressure,the 300 s group showed significantly lower microtensile bonding strength than the 40 s and 90 s groups. Compared the experimental groups with the control groups,it was found that the differences of mierotensile bonding strength in both 150 s and 300 s groups had statistical significance. Conclusions 15 em-water sim- ulated pulpal pressure influenced the microtensile bonding strength of middle dentin with resin.
