浅谈梯队管理模式在高考教学中的运用

摘　　要：学生主体在教学过程中由于各种原因不能实行齐头并进的教学模式。这就使得我们教师来探讨一种适应各种层次的教学模式。这种教学模式和企业的梯队管理存在着相通性，本文作者将通过自己的高考教学实践来阐述梯队管理模式在教学实际中的运用。Students in the teaching process can not go hand in hand as a result of a variety of reasons the teaching mode. This allows us to explore a kind of teachers to adapt to various levels of teaching. This teaching model and enterprise management echelon of the existence of the same sex, the author of this article will be through their own entrance to the echelons of teaching practice management models in the teaching of practical use.
