摘　　要：在大学实施德育学分制,必须制度化、规范化,切实提高全体师生尤其是学生和学生工作人员的思想认识,建立奖惩分明的政策来,制定德育补修的教学计划,办好德育补修班,同时,注重加强学生思想教育与德育学分制实施相配合,树立全员参与意识。The implementation of moral education at the university credit system must be institutionalized, standardized and effective staff and students to enhance students and students in particular, the thinking and understanding of staff, the establishment of clear policy incentives, the development of moral teaching of the repair plan, good moral fill refresher courses at the same time, focus on strengthening the ideological education and moral education of students to implement the credit system of it, everyone involved in the awareness set.
