青少年完美主义与应付方式和抑郁的关系

摘　　要：目的研究青少年完美主义与应付方式、抑郁之间的关系,为青少年心理干预提供参考依据。方法采用完美主义量表(CFMPS)、应付方式问卷(CSQ)、抑郁自评量表(CES-D)对山东省2所中学的1221名青少年进行问卷调查。结果(1)青少年的担心错误、行为的迟疑、个人标准、父母期望与抑郁、不成熟型应付方式呈显著正相关(r值在0.066～0.364之间,P<0.05),前2者又与成熟型应付方式呈显著负相关(r值在-0.108～-0.190之间,P<0.01);条理组织与抑郁有显著负相关(r=-0.186,P<0.01),与成熟型应付方式显著正相关(r值在0.114～0.242之间,P<0.01)。(2)不成熟型应付方式(自责、幻想、退避)在完美主义非适应性维度(CM,PS,DA,PE)与抑郁间起完全中介作用;成熟型应付方式(解决问题、求助)在担心错误(CM)、行为的迟疑(DA)、条理组织(OR)与抑郁间具有完全中介效应。结论青少年的完美主义对应付方式、抑郁存在一定程度的影响;应付方式在完美主义与抑郁之间起中介作用。Objective To study the relationship between perfectionism and coping style as well as depression of adolescents, and to provide reference for adolescent mental intervention. Methods By using Chinese Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale （ CFMPS ） , Coping Style Questionnaire （ CSQ ） and CES - D, 1 221 adolescents from 2 middle schools in Shandong province were surveyed. Results Concern over mistakes, doubts about actions, personal standards and parental expectations had significant positive correlation with depression and immature coping style （ 0. 066 〈 r 〈 0. 364, P 〈0.05 ）. Concern over mistakes and doubts about actions had significant negative correlation with mature coping style（ -0. 108 〉 r 〉 - 0. 190 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. Organization had significant negative correlation with depression （ r = - 0.186,P 〈 0.01 ）, and significant positive correlation with mature coping style （0. 114 〈 r 〈 0. 242, P 〈 0.01 ）. Immature coping style （ contains self-accusation, fantasy and avoidance） exerted fully mediating effect between non-adaptive latitude of perfectionism （ CM, PS, DA, PE ） and depression. And mature coping style （ resolving question and seeking-help ） exerted fully mediating effect between CM, DA, OR and depression. Conclusion Perfectionism has influence on adolescents＇ coping style and depression to some extent. Coping style exert mediating effect in the relation between perfectionism and depression.
