工读生自我价值感与时间管理倾向的相关研究

摘　　要：采用黄希庭等人编制的"青少年自我价值感量表"和"青少年时间管理倾向量表"对182名工读生进行测试,结果发现:(1)工读生时间管理倾向各维度与总体、一般和特殊自我价值感存在显著的正相关;(2)工读生时间管理倾向各维度得分显著低于普通中学生,时间管理的缺陷可能与工读生的问题行为有关;(3)与全国常模相比,初三工读生的一般自我价值感、家庭价值感和人际价值感显著高于常模,道德价值感、心理价值感显著低于常模。The aim of this research is to explore the relationship between self-worth and time management disposition. The Self-worth Scale and Time Management Disposition Scale were used to investigate the 182 part-time students, with the following results. （1）The three dimensions of time management disposition have a positive correlation with global selfworth, general self-worth and special self-worth. （2）The three dimensions of time management disposition of part-time students are significantly low with general students. （3） General self-worth, family self-worth and interpersonal selfworth of part-time students in grade-three junior high school are significantly high with general students; their psychological self-worth and moral self-worth are significantly low with general students.
