提高高校青年教师教学水平的思考

摘　　要：当前高校青年教师正成为高校教学的主力军,青年教师的教学水平,直接影响着我国高等教育的水平,因此,提高青年教师自身的教学水平,已经成为当前高等教育急需解决的问题。本文对高校部分青年教师在教学中存在的一些不足进行了分析,并就如何提高青年教师的教学水平提出了有效的解决途径。Now young teachers are acting as the main force of teaching in colleges and universities, which means their teaching level will have direct impact on the higher education level of colleges and universities. Thus how to improve the teaching level of young teachers becomes a burning question in higher education. This article intends to analyze the shortcomings existed in the teaching of young teachers, so as to put up with some useful suggestions.
