摘  要:针对目前EPS主要监控车速、转矩、转向角、转向速度信号等传感信号,高速时转向很难实时反映车辆自身惯性作用及路面状况,提出在传统的电动助力转向基础上,建立横向加速度、前轴惯性重力、路况等动态惯性参数的多传感参数融合的EPS模式。并对该EPS控制系统的硬件电路进行了研究设计,提出了采用受限单极性可逆PWM控制模式控制直流电机驱动方式。试验结果表明:整个系统具有良好的电动助力特性,符合汽车运动特性。The main control of the current EPS is speed signal, torque signal, steering angle signal, turn signal. It is difficult to reflect real-time conditions of the vehicle's own inertia and the state of the road in the high-speed. It put forward in the traditional electric power steering based on lateral acceleration. The front axle inertia of gravity, inertia road conditions, such as dynamic parameters of the muhi-sensor integration parameters of the EPS model. And the hardware circuit of the EPS control system was designed, a limited use of un-polar reversible PWM control mode control DC motor-driven approach. Test results showed that: the whole system has good characteristics of electric power, in line with the characteristics of motor sport.
