摘  要:根据无缝薄壁不锈钢管首尾连接形成O形密封环的特殊要求,开发了直流电阻对焊设备。该设备采用可编程加热电源、异形铜电极夹钳、恒定的焊接顶锻压力结构,通过断续加热、持续不均匀散热的方式,获得合适的焊接温度场,形成O形密封环的对接接头,成功地实现了薄壁不锈钢O形密封环的电阻对焊。According to the special requirements of the O-Ring for the non-gap stainless steel pipe,the direct current resistance butt welding machine was developed.This machine used the programmable heat reservoir,isomerism Cu electric pole,persistent and constant welding upsetting pressure structure.The suitable welding temperature field was obtained by the methods of making and breaking heating and non-uniform heat dissipation.The joint of O-ring was obtained.The resistance butt welding of thin wall stainless steel airtight coating O-ring was implemented successfully.
