摘　　要：作为高等职业院校教师队伍中的教学骨干和学术权威,专业带头人在高等职业院校的专业建设中起着举足轻重的作用。合格的高等职业院校专业带头人其素质结构应包括政治素质、专业素质、科研素质以及管理素质四个子系统。高等职业院校专业带头人的培养一般涉及政府、学校和个人三个层面的问题。为使高职院校专业带头人的作用发挥到最大化,在对其管理过程中要密切关注其所应有的权利和应承担的义务。As the core teacher and the academic authority, the specialty leading person is very important to the specialty construction in higher vocational college. The eligible making to the specialty leading person is composed of the politic making, the specialty making, the research making and the management making. Some problems should be taken into account, such as the problems of government, the problems of college and the problems of individual, in order to cultivate the eligible chief faculty. It is crucial to research the right and the obligation in the course of management to the specialty leading person in order that the specialty leading person makes their best endeavors in the working.
