摘　　要：人性化教育是我国教育改革的发展方向,也是促进学生人格全面发展的重要途径。尊重学生的主体地位,注重个性差异,因材施教,赏识和关爱学生,对英语教育的发展有着重要意义。Humanistic education is the destination of education in our country, and it is also an important method to make our students develop all-round. How to acknowledge students Jsubjective position, pay attention to individual factors, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and how to appreciate and understand and care for students is quite significant in the development of English education.
