摘 要:探讨Weibull模型在拟合细菌非线性失活曲线的可行性.不同试验条件下生孢梭菌孢子从1010CFU.mL-1下降至105CFU.mL-1的热失活曲线用Weibull频数模型进行了拟合(R2>0.90).基于Weibull模型的次级模型数学检验表明,标准预测误差和平方根误差较小,准确性因子和偏差因子在可接受范围内,该模型能较好的模拟不同试验条件对生孢梭菌孢子热失活的影响,对实际产品进行验证检验后,可以推广使用.In order to study the feasibility of Weibull model used in fitting non-linear inactivation curve of bacteria,the heat inactivation curves of clostridium sporogenes spores reducing from 1010CFU·mL-1 to 105 CFU·mL-1 were fitted by Weibull frequency distribution model with R 2〉0.90.Moreover,the inactivation parameters δ and p of Weibull equations were modeled using a quadratic polynomial model.Mathematical validation demonstrates that low standard error of prediction(SEP)low root-mean-square error(RMSE),and acceptable range of accuracy factor(A f) and bias factor(B f) can be achieved.From models based on Weibull.Weibull model provides a useful and accurate method for predicting the effect of different experimental conditions on the heat inactivation of C.sporogenes spores.
