摘  要:地方高校是我国高等教育系统的主体,本科生又是我国大学生的主体,地方高校本科生的就业问题意义重大,但目前就业形势非常严峻。SWOT方法是源自企业管理的一种分析方法,在借用此法分析地方高校本科生就业的优势、劣势、机会和威胁等基础之上,提出了通过调整人才培养目标、端正就业导向、突出就业教育重点、打造就业服务特色和转变校内就业服务方式等路径,来促进地方高校本科生的就业。Local colleges are the main members in Chinese higher education system, and undergraduates are the overwhelming majority in all of university students. Therefore, it is very important to research the undergraduates'employment of local colleges. But their employment situation is pessimistic. The method of SWOT is one method from enterprise management. By using the method of SWOT, on the base of analyzing their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in undergraduates ~ employment, in order to improve the undergraduates'employment, writer advises to adjust educational objective, correct direction of employment service, put emphasis on employment education, form distinguishing feature in employment service and change ways of employment service on campus.
