摘 要:中国高等职业教育经过20多年的实践和建设,迎来了发展的春天,无论从办学规模还是办学质量都有很大的提高,但在发展中也出现了定位偏差、投入严重不足、合格的"双师型"高职教师缺乏、产业发展与职业教育之间缺乏良性互动机制等诸多问题,因此需要采取积极有效的措施应对,如调整定位、建立新的管理模式、充分利用各界力量办学等。Through more than 20 year's construction and practice, a great progress has been made in its scope and quality in China's higher professional education. But the evaluative aberrations in the development should be paid attention to, such as the serious financial inefficiency, the lack of multitalented teachers and the lack of a satisfactory interactive system between the industrial development and the professional education. In response to this situation, some active and effective measures should be taken, such as an adjustment of the evaluation, an establishment of a new management mode and a full utilization of all the possible social forces for this education.
