摘 要:中华人民共和国成立60年来,民族基础教育不论是在办学规模、办学形式,还是在师资队伍建设、少数民族语文教学和民族文字教材建设等方面都取得巨大成就。由于受历史、环境、经济、文化等因素的影响,民族地区教育依然存在基础相对薄弱、教育成本过高、政府供给不足等问题。发展民族地区基础教育,应采取加大政府对教育的投入,优化民族教育结构,完善"双语"教学,实施"三语"教学模式,多层次、多渠道办学,进一步推进民族地区基础教育的改革,使基础教育更好地为民族地区的经济建设服务,促进社会经济的全面发展。During the sixty years after the founding of the People s Republic of China,tremendous achievements have been made in ethnic elementary education in aspects of scale and form of school running,building of teaching body,teaching of minority languages and developing teaching materials.Nevertheless,due to influences of history,environment,economy and culture,there are still problems in education of ethnic regions such as weak foundation,high educational cost,and insufficient governmental supply.To develop elementary education in these regions, the government should increase investment into education, ethnic education structure should be optimized, bilingual teaching should be improved, trilingual teaching model should be carried out and school running should be developed at all levels through various channels. Reform should be further carried out in elementary education to provide better service for economic construction and promote overall development of social economy in these regions.
