摘　　要：作为视觉艺术,电影以其独特的艺术魅力在当今的生活中越发受到大众的青睐。在测量影片的魅力值,影片的译名无疑起着非常大的作用。好的译名常常能精准地抓住观众的好奇心和求知欲,激发其观看欲。不仅如此,好的影片译名值得推敲,不但起到了传播和交流的作用,而且对于进一步宣传影片本身也意义重大。影片名的创造性叛逆翻译是译者在把握时代社会的特质的基础上,个性和创造力的彰显。As a visual art, film has been increasingly popular with people in nowadays＇ life. The translation of film titles plays an undoubtedly important role in adding charm to films. A good translation of a film title can often successfully stir the curiosity and desire to watch a film among audience. Moreover, an outstanding translation has great implications on cultural communication, exchanges and the publicity of a film. Creatively unfaithful translation is the display of translators＇ personality and creativity, on the basis of accurately understanding of the features of our era and society.
