摘　　要：成都航空职业技术学院抓住创建国家示范性高职院校的战略机遇,加强学院的示范和辐射能力建设,历经深入的研究和积极的探索,取得了显著的成效:在高职院校的顶层设计上科学示范,凝炼办学理念,实现办学准确定位;在高职专业人才培养的规划层设计上先行示范,创新工学结合人才培养模式,加强教学基本建设,深化教育教学改革;在内涵建设的运作层设计上创新示范,实施精品战略,提高办学综合实力、教学管理水平、人才培养质量和社会服务能力。Chengdu Aeronautic Vocational and Technical College has seized the strategic opportunity of the creation of national model higher vocational college to strengthen the capacity- building of demonstration and radiation, achieved the remarkable results through further research and active exploration, carried out the scientific demonstration of higher vocational colleges in the top - level design to refine the college - running idea and achieve her accurate positioning, conducted the first demonstration in the planning - level design of professional training to innovate the talent training mode combined work with learning, strengthen the teaching construction and deepen the education and teaching reform, carried on the innovation demonstration in the operation - level design of connotation construction to implement the high - quality strategy and improve the comprehensive strength of the college, the teaching management level, personnel cultivating quality and social service ability.
