摘  要:目的观察微生物酵素对大鼠部分肝切除后肝再生过程中肝功能的影响。方法采用大鼠部分肝切除(Par-tial Hepatectomy,PH)模型[1],通过与对照组和促肝细胞生长素(Hepatocyte Growth-Promoting Factor,pHGF)组比较,在PH后12小时、24小时、48小时、72小时、120小时和168小时,留取血清,检测血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminstransferase,ALT)、血清总胆红素(totalbilirubin,TB)、血清白蛋白(albumin,ALB)。结果在PH12小时~120小时,促肝细胞生长素组AST低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,微生物酵素组在48小时和72小时低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;促肝细胞生长素组在12小时、24小时、72小时和120小时ALT低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,微生物酵素组在12小时、48小时和72小时ALT低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;在PH后24小时、72小时~168小时,促肝细胞生长素组TB是低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;在PH后24小时、120小时,微生物酵素组与对照组相比TB是降低的,差异有统计学意义;促肝细胞生长素在72小时和120小时ALB高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,微生物酵素组在168小时ALB高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论在PH后的某些时间点上,微生物酵素同促肝细胞生长素一样具有降低AST、ALT、TB和提高ALB合成,促进肝功能恢复的作用。Objective The purpose of this research was to study the effect of Microbial Ferments on liver function in the partially hepatectomized (PH) rats. Methods The rats were divided randomly into the control group, Microbial Ferment group and the hepatocyte growth-promoting factors group( pHGF). The rats in three groups were sacrificed at 12,24,48,72,120,168 hours after 70% hepatectomy. Blood serum were collection according to the requirement and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) , alanine aminstransferase (ALT) , total bilirubin(TB) , albumin(ALB) were assesses by biochemistry equipment. Results From 12 hours to 120 hours after 70% hepatectomy, there was statistical significance between AST of pHGF group and AST of control group. At 12,24,72 and 120 hours after 70% hepatectomy, there was statistical significance between AST of Microbial Ferments group and AST of control group. At 12,24,72, 120 hours and 12,48,72 hours after PH respectively, there were statistical significance between ALT of pHGF group, Microbial Ferments group and ALT of control group respectively. At 24,72,120,168 hours and 24,168 hours after PH, there were statistical significance between TB of pHGF group, of Microbial Ferments group and TB of control group respectively. At 72,120 hours and 168 hours after PH, there were statistical significance between ALB of pHGF group, of Microbial Ferments group and ALB of control group respectively. Conclusions It was suggestion that Microbial Ferments has the same effect as hepatocyte growth-promoting factors group on liver founction at some time after 70% hepatectomy.
