槟榔提取物对小白鼠胃肠功能的影响研究

摘　　要：为研究槟榔提取物对小白鼠胃肠功能的影响,以海南产槟榔果为原料,用70%的甲醇水溶液粗提并浓缩后,依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯萃取,得到不同的溶剂萃取物。以粗提取物(A)、石油醚萃取物(B)、氯仿萃取物(C)、乙酸乙酯萃取物(D)以及水溶出物(E)为受试物,以小白鼠为试验对象,通过通便活性试验、小白鼠小肠推进试验以及小肠木糖吸收试验等研究其对小白鼠胃肠功能的影响。结果表明:①5种受试物对小白鼠的排便均有一定的影响,以A、C和E效果较好,剂量集中在中、高剂量;②5种受试物均能够促进小白鼠的小肠蠕动,提高其小肠推进率,且随着提取物极性的增加,效果逐渐增强;③5种受试物均能极显著改善肾上腺素所致的小白鼠小肠推进抑制作用,尤以粗提物和乙酸乙酯萃取物效果显著,与阳性对照组相比,两者分别提高了205.26%和174.82%;④5种受试物均能明显促进小白鼠小肠对木糖的吸收。结论:槟榔提取物可以显著改善小白鼠的胃肠功能,促进小白鼠胃肠蠕动及增强其小肠吸收功能。The areca nut from Hainan was used as the raw material in order to research the effect of Areca extracts on white rat gastrointestinal function. After extracted with 70% aqueous-methanol and condensed, the areca nut crude extract （A） was produced. The petroleum ether, chloroform and ethyl acetate were used to treat the crude extract. Different solvent extracts were received, including the petroleum ether fraction（B）, the chloroform fraction（C ）, the ethyl acetate fraction （D） and the aqueous fraction （E）. The functional evaluation of areea nut extracts through their effects onthe gastrointestinal function in white rat was conducted through experiments as defecation, absorption of xylose and small intestine peristalsis. The results showed as follows. 1. All of the extracts had effects on the defecation of white rat. The A, D and E had better effects, and the dosages were focused on the middle and high concentrations. 2. All of the extracts had effects on the peristalsis of the small intestine of white rat. The effect was stronger as the polarity of the extracts increased. 3. All of the extracts improved the restraint of small intestine induced by epinephrine. A and D had marked function as improved 205.26% and 174.82% compared with the masculine group. 4. All of the extracts had effects on the accelerating absorption of xylose in small intestine of white rat. The conclusion was that the Areca extracts had the function on improving the gastrointestinal, accelerating the peristalsis and strengthening the absorption of the small intestine of white rat.
