摘  要:目的:了解烹饪油烟冷凝物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将6~8周龄的雌性小鼠随机分为5组,每组9只,腹腔注射烹饪油烟冷凝物,各组剂量分别为25ml/kg、50ml/kg、100ml/kg、200ml/kg,另外一组给予生理盐水(200ml/kg)作为阴性对照,每日注射一次,共染毒6d。结果:烹饪油烟冷凝物可使小鼠脾脏和胸腺等免疫器官重量减轻(P<001),小鼠DTH、外周血T淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率受到明显抑制(P<001),小鼠外周血象白细胞计数及其分类中淋巴细胞百分比明显减少(P<001),小鼠血清抗体滴度明显降低(P<005或P<001)。Objective: To find out the effects of the cooking oil fume on immune function of mice. Methods: The mice aged 6~8 weeks were randomly divided into five groups. Each contained nine. Mice in four experimental groups were, by intraperitoneal injection, given the cooking oil fume 2.5ml/kg, 5.0ml/kg, 10.0ml/kg, 20.0ml/kg respectively and the fifth group mice were given the normal saline as negative control group. Results: The cooking oil fume could reduce the weight of immune organs(such as spleen and thymus)(P<0.01), the DTH and the ANAE positive ratio of the T lymphocyte,the amounts of white blood cells and the of lymphocyte in peripheral blood were significantly lowered(P<0.01), the titre of antibody in serum was decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01), compared with control group. Conclusion: The cooking oil fume can inhibite the cell-mediated and humoral immune functions of the mice.
