摘　　要：高职院校培养具有创新意识和创业精神的技能型、创业型人才,既是时代的要求与呼唤,更是高职院校实施好毕业生就业"一把手工程"、履行好办学的三大职能的必由之路。为此,高职院校的领导、教师要加深对创业意识和创业精神的理解,明白培养学生创业意识和创业精神的现实意义,掌握好培养学生创业意识与创业精神的举措,从而引导学生转变择业观念,增强自主创业意识,激发其敢做敢为的创业激情,为毕业后自主创业奠定坚实基础。The vocational training institutions have a sense of innovation and entrepreneurship, skills-based, entrepreneurial talent, is not only the requirements of the times and calls for more graduates from higher vocational colleges to implement a good job ＂number-one project＂, the three schools perform better the only way to function. To this end, the leadership of higher vocational colleges, teachers need to deepen their understanding of entrepreneurial awareness and understanding of entrepreneurship, students start to understand consciousness and the practical significance of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial students have a good students to change the concept of careers, and enhance sense of initiative and entrepreneurship in order to guide the awareness of their own businesses, to stimulate its entrepre-neurial daring to dare for passion, for their own businesses after graduation to lay a solid foundation.
