摘　　要：根据电工电子实验教学的特点,结合教学实例,就多媒体课件应用、网络化教学的实施以及实验教学方法和手段的改进提升等,介绍了将理论教学与实践教学有机结合的体会,以及加强学生创新意识及创新能力培养的措施和手段方面的探索。According to the features of electrics and electronics experiment and based on the teaching examples,this paper studied the application of multimedia courseware,the implementation of web-based teaching and the improving of the experimental teaching means and methods,etc.It also introduced the experiences of the theoretical and practical tea-（ching） integration and the research on the means and measures of enhancing students innovation consciousness and inno-（vation） capacity.
