摘  要:[目的]了解部分北京市民家庭内卫生设施配备情况,及其部分卫生知识、卫生行为情况。[方法]采取面对面问卷调查的方式,对北京市西城区部分居民进行问卷调查。[结果]居民获得相关知识的途径主要是电视和报纸;居民家庭内卫生设施如冰箱、砧板、菜刀的配备基本能满足食品卫生要求,但厨房水池数量为1个的家庭有896人,占调查人数的58.64%;冰箱的使用、厨房卫生、饮水观念、剩饭的处理等方面存在不少问题。[结论]调查结果提示要从社区、家庭、社会多方面进行宣传教育,使人们更加广泛的了解食品卫生方面的知识,培养人们形成正确的饮水观念、饮食观念,养成良好的卫生行为。[ Objective ] To learn the current status of sanitary facilities, knowledge and behavior of urban residents by the way of questionnaire in Xicheng District of Beijing. [Methods] Totally, 1 528 residents in Xicheng District of Bcijing were selected for questionnaire by trained inten.iewers. [ Results ] The main resources of obtaining sanitation information were televi- sion and newspaper. The sanitary facilities such as refrigerator, chopping block and kitchen knife almost met the food hygiene demand, but the average quantity of cisterns was inadequate. And there still existed many problems in the use of refrigerator, kitchen environment, drinking concept, and leftover disposal. [Conclusion] The program of health education needs to be pro- cessed from different aspects in order to improve the knowledge of food hygiene, healthy conception and relevant behaviors.
