板层角膜移植治疗Goldenhar综合征角膜皮样瘤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨板层角膜移植治疗Goldenhar综合征角结膜皮样瘤的疗效。方法对6例(7只眼)Goldenhar综合征角结膜皮样瘤进行皮样瘤切除+板层角膜移植术,术后随访,观察角膜植片、病灶愈合及视力恢复情况。结果6例(7只眼)未见皮样瘤复发,1只眼术后2周出现植片轻度混浊,经抗排斥治疗后植片透明,其余植片透明,病灶愈合良好,部分病例视力不同程度提高。结论Goldenhar综合征角结膜皮样瘤治疗的关键是瘤体的彻底切除并恢复眼表正常解剖结构,而手术切除联合板层角膜移植是治疗Goldenhar综合征角结膜皮样瘤的有效方法。Objective To analyse the therapeutic effects of lamellar keratoplasty for Goldenhar syndrome. Methods Six cases （ 7 eyes ） of Goldenhar syndrome who manifest as epibulbar dermoids on the eyes were treated with lamellar keratoplasty after completely dermoids resected. Result No recurrence was found in all patients. One of the grafts became clouding after 2 weeks of transplantation, but getting transparent after antirejective treatment. The other grafts and beds were in good condition. Three eyes showed to have visual acuity improvement on different degrees. Conclusion Lamellar keratoplasty achieve good effects on Goldenhar syndrome who associated with epibulbar dermoids.
