摘　　要：伏格特-小柳-原田病(VKH)是一种常见的全葡萄膜炎类型。如同临床表现随疾病阶段不同而发生变化一样,其各期的病理学特点在疾病不同阶段也不同。在疾病的葡萄膜炎期和复发期,病理改变主要为肉芽肿性葡萄膜炎,在慢性期则表现为非肉芽肿性葡萄膜炎并累及脉络膜血管层。就VKH在葡萄膜炎期、慢性期、复发期以及全身表现的病理学特点研究进展进行综述。Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease（VKH） is a common kind of panuveitis. Just as the clinical manifestation of VKH vary according to the stage of the disorder,the histopathologie features of each stage is also different. In acute stage and chronic stage of the disease,histologic changes consist of granulomatous uveitis. However,in the chronic recurrent VKH,its manifestation includes nongranulomatous aveitis and involvement of the chorioeapillaris. The research progress in pathology features of VKH in acute uveitic stage,chronic stage,chronic recurrent stage and systemic manifestation were reviewed in this paper.
