摘 要:目的:考察强碱性还原电位水(ERW)的制备工艺和杀菌效果。方法:利用三槽型离子膜电解槽和自制钛基贵金属电极制备强碱性还原电位水。采用悬液定量杀菌法,利用ERW对大肠杆菌(8099)和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢(ATCC9372)进行灭菌实验。结果:在电解质质量浓度为1~5g·L-1,电解时间为10~80min,电流密度为40~100mA.cm-2下,电解质浓度、电解时间和电流密度的增加,会增加ERW的pH值,减少其氧化还原电位(ORP值)。杀菌试验结果表明,10min内,ERW对大肠杆菌的杀菌率达到99.91%,30min内接近100%;60min内ERW对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀菌率为94.12%。结论:ERW最佳制备工艺是2~5g·L-1NaCl,电解时间为30~60min,电流密度为60~100mA.cm-2。ERW对大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢具有很强杀灭作用。OBJECTIVE To study the preparation technology and sterilizing effects of strong electrolyze&reductive water (ERW). METHODS We got the strong ERW with titanium electrodes coating with noble metal in three ion film electrolyser. The sterilization manner of Escherichia col i (8099) and Bacillus subtilis var. niger(ATCC9372) was the suspension quantitative germicidal test. RESULTS When the electrolyte concentration was 1 - 5 g.L^-1, the electrolysis time was 10 - 100 min with the current density of 40 - 100 mA em-2, the increases of them had enhanced the value of pH and decreased the value of reductantoxidant potential (ORP) of ERW. The sterilizing results indicated that the sterilizing ratios of Escherichia coli were 99. 91 % (10 min) and nearly 100% (30min). The sterilizing ratio of Bacillus subtilis var. niger was 94. 12% in 60 minutes. CONCLUSION The optimum conditions are as follows: 2 - 5 g. L- 1 sodium chloride solution sterilizing time of 30 - 60 min and the current density of 60- 100 mA·cm-2. ERW has well sterilizing effect on Escherichia coli and Bacillus suhtilis wr niger.
