摘  要:[目的]对用不同方法检测水产品副溶血性弧菌的不同增菌条件进行比较,以期寻找一种快速高效的增菌条件,为提高检测效率提供参考依据。[方法]采用FDA、ISO、GB/T 4789.7-2003、GB/T 4789.7-2008、SN0173等方法中的培养基配方,对副溶血性弧菌进行接种培养,并通过生长曲线测定方法比较验证使用培养基的增菌效果。[结果]结果表明,含3%NaC l的碱性蛋白胨具有最好的增菌效果。[结论]该结果对于检测水产品中副溶血性弧菌具有重要的指导意义。[ Objective ] The aim was to compare with the different enriching conditions of different methods which were used to test the Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic product, in order to look for a kind of rapid and efficient enriching condition, and provide some reference for en- hancing detection efficiency. [ Method ] Using medium formulas in the methods of FDA, ISO, GB/T 4789.7-2003, GB/T 4789.7-2008, SN0173 and others, Vibrio parahaemolyticus was carried out inoculation culture, and the enriching effect of used media were compared and tested by using growth curve test method. [ Result] The result showed that the enriching effect of alkaline peptone contained 3% NaC1 was best. [ Conclusion] This result has important guiding significance for testing Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic product.
