摘  要:[目的]筛选适宜切花腊梅保鲜的药剂及其浓度。[方法]以素心腊梅为试材,以青霉素(700、900、1100mg/L)、硝酸银(102、136、170mg/L)8-羟基喹啉(50、70、90、200mg/L)3种药剂不同浓度进行正交试验,筛选适于切花腊梅保鲜剂配方,测定切花腊梅的花枝鲜重、水分平衡值、开花率、糖及蛋白质含量5个指标。[结果]根据素心腊梅的折线图和花枝鲜重、糖含量、蛋白质含量、水分平衡值、开花率5组数据分析,在正交试验的9个处理中,以凡B2c,(青霉素900mg/L+硝酸银136mg/L+8-羟基喹咛90mg/L)对延缓切花腊梅的衰老有明显的效果,在冬季条件下素心腊梅保鲜可达15d,同时比对照延长观赏寿命6—7d。[结论]较高浓度的青霉素、硝酸银和8-羟基喹咛的药剂组合对切花腊梅具有明显的保鲜效果。[ Objective ] This study aimed to screen the medicaments suitable for fresh-keeping of cutting-flower of Chimonanthus praecox and their eonen. [ Method] With C. praecox var concolor as the tested material, 3 kinds of medicaments as Penicillin (700,900, 1 100 mg/L), AgNO3 ( 102, 136, 170 mg/L) and 8-HQ (50, 70, 90,200 mg/L) were used to make the orthogonal test, the fresh-keeping formula that was suitable for cutting-flower of C. praecox was screened and 5 indexes of fresh weight of flower shoots, water balance, blooming rate, soluble sugar content and protein content of C. praecox were determined. [ Result] Based on the line graph of C. praecox vat concolor and the data a- nalysis on 5 groups of fresh weight of flower shoots, water balance, blooming rate, soluble sugar content and protein content, among 9 formula treatments in the orthogonal test, the formula of A2B2C3 (900 mg/L penicillin + 136 mg/L AgNO3 +90 mg/L 8-HQ) had obvious effect of postponing the senescence of cutting-flower of C. praecox, which could keep the freshness of C. praecox var concolor for 15 d in winter and prolong the ornamental life by 6 - 7 d compared with CK. [ Conclusion ] The medicament eombimation of penicillin, AgNO3 and 8-HQ with higher conen, had obvious fresh-keeping effect on C. praecox.
