摘　　要：目前用于网络教研的技术存在着互动能力差、操作复杂、教研成果不宜积累呈现等问题。针对这些问题,网络教研平台设计了系统管理、教师自我研修、集体研修(包括主题研讨和群组讨论功能)和同步备课资源4大功能模块。这些功能模块能更好地让教师参与教研、共享资源,让教师在该平台上反思、交流和研讨教学问题。At present, the technology for network research there is poor interaction and complicated to operate, not the accumulation of research results and other issues presented. To solve these problems, network design and research platform for system management, teacher self-training, collective training （including seminars and group discussion of the theme function） and synchronization of the four major functional modules preparation resources. These function modules to better enable teachers to participate in teaching and research, sharing of resources to enable teachers to reflect on the platform to exchange and discuss issues of teaching.
