摘  要:通过对836名高校毕业生的实证研究,考察了求职自我效能、求职期望、求职意向与求职行为之间的关系。结果表明,在控制了性别、城乡、政治面貌三个人口统计学变量的效应后,高校毕业生的自我效能对求职行为具有正向的、显著的预测作用;求职期望对求职行为具有负向的、显著的预测作用;求职意向在求职自我效能和求职行为之间起到增强变量性质的调节作用。文章最后还讨论了研究结论对于高校毕业生就业的应用意义。The relationships among job-search self-efficacy, job-search expectation, job-search intention and job-search behavior are discussed by questionnaire for 836 university graduates in China. The important findings include: beyond gender, family status and political status, there is a statistically significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and job-search behavior, but there is a statistically significant negative relationship between job-search expectation and job-search behavior; job-search intention is a supplement for the relationship between self-efficacy and job-search behavior. The results will play an important role in university students' employment.
