北京市城区护士参与继续教育活动现状

摘　　要：目的探讨北京市城区护士参与继续教育活动的情况。方法采用问卷调查了9所综合性医院的637名护士。结果最近1年参与继续教育的次数以>20次最多,占35.48%;79.75%的护士完成了国家规定的25学分,但52.75%的护士认为完成这个学分标准有难度,护士乐意选择的学习方式比例基本均衡,73.16%选择自学书籍,76.61%的护士仍是通过单位的告示获知学习信息。讨论继续护理学教育基本得到了有效推广,尽管大部分护士需要支付一定的费用,她们仍具有比较高的积极性。但需加大宣传力度,丰富继续教育方式及充分利用网络电子设备等。Objective To investigate the participation in continuing nursing education among nurses in Beijing urban districts. Method A total of 637 nurses from 9 general hospitals in Beijing urban districts were investigated by a selfdesigned questionnaire. Results In the past one year,35.48% of the nurses participated in more than 20 times of continuing education activities;79.75% finished 25 credits according to the national requirement;52.75% felt difficult to finish 25 credits. Regarding the means of continuting education, 73. 16% preferred self - study. 76. 61% knew the educational informaion by the post. Conclusion The participation in continuing education among nurses was active. It is suggested to broaden the educational means and make full use of network in the continuing education in the future.
