摘　　要：本文通过分析我国对日软件外包行业的人才现状,指出高校人才培养需要抓住机遇,在专业上大胆改革创新。通过凝练天津科技大学中日合作计算机科学与技术专业的办学特色,探索一条培养对日软件外包行业本科层次适用型人才的道路。Software outsourcing trade to Japan in present situation has shown that the university should seize the opportunity of talent training. Reform and innovation in specialty model should be boldly performed. Changing concept to take advantage of university talent and follow the market demand, urgent talents which enterprises need should be rapidly trained. At the same time, transition platform which can get integrated into market should be provided. Through summarizing the mode of computer science and technology major in Tianjin University of Science ＆ Technology, we may exploit a new road to train high lever practical talents of Software outsourcing trade to Japan in undergraduates.
