摘 要:首先采用故障模式和失效分析方法对线控转向系统的可靠性进行定性分析,找出对系统可靠性有显著影响的故障模式,其次针对存在关键故障模式的部件,建立故障树并得出导致系统故障发生的各底事件的最小割集,定量分析比较各种底事件对系统可靠性的影响,最终找出线控转向系统的薄弱环节,为改进系统可靠性提供帮助.In this paper,a qualitative reliability analysis of the SBW was firstly performed to find the most influencing failure mode, using failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) methods. Then,a fault tree of the part which has the key failure mode, has been built and the minimum cut sets leading to the fault of system has been found out,and a quantitative analysis has been conducted to compare effects of each basic event on system reliability. Finally the weak parts of the system have been located, which is helpful to the improvement of steer by wire system reliability.
