摘　　要：培养什么人是教育的基本问题,德育为先、立德树人是时代、社会对教育的根本要求。文章对铜仁职业技术学院学生思想状况调查分析的基础上,提出了施教对策。What people to be cultivated is the basic issue of education and to put moral education at the first place and to cultivate people through the establishment of morality is the fundamental requirement of society.This paper has proposed the educational countermoves based on the investigation and analysis of the students＇ ideological situation of Tongren Vocational College.
