摘  要:介绍了激光平地系统的工作原理,开发了一套较低成本的激光平地系统.该系统由接收器、控制器、液压系统和平地铲等部分组成,其中接收器采用了双重滤光技术,控制器应用了模糊控制算法,液压系统采用齿轮泵作为动力输出的方式.配套国产JP300型激光发射器,分别进行了水平田面和坡式田面的平地试验.试验表明:设计研发的系统工作稳定,精度高.水平田面和坡式田面标准差Sd由平地前的13.96和21.7 cm分别降低至1.01和0.69 cm,满足畦灌系统Sd<2 cm的需要.农田平整度分布情况改善良好,作业后绝对差值小于2 cm,测点累计百分数分别达到96%和97.6%.The principle of laser land leveling technology was introduced. A low-cost laser land leveling system was developed, which mainly included a receiver, a controller, a hydraulic system and a bucket. Double optical filtering technology was employed in designing the receiver. Fuzzy control arithmetic was applied in the controller. Gear pump powered hydraulic system was adopted. Integrated with type JP300 laser transmitter made in China, this laser land leveling system was tested for producing level field surface and slope field surface. The result showed that the system could work stably with high accuracy. The Sd of the level field surface and the slope field surface fell to 1.01cm and 0.69cm from 13.96 cm and 21.7 cm respectively, which met the farmland irrigation requirement of Sd 〈 2 cm. After leveling, the percentages of the points whose absolute differences were less than 2 cm reached 96% and 97.6% respectively, indicating good performance of leveling distribution.
