摘 要:为减小轴向尺寸,降低重量,对液力变矩器进行了超扁平化设计.采用更加严格的遵循物理意义的收敛准则,对一款新型的超扁平化液力变矩器的稳态内流场进行数值仿真.通过分析速度场和压力场,揭示了泵轮流道内的主流特征.根据液力变矩器结构特点和流体力学知识分析了造成液力变矩器流场缺陷的原因.借助弦向截面的速度、压力场分布情况研究了射流-尾流特征以及二次环流的产生和发展趋势.结果表明,对流场主流特征的分析可作为液力变矩器的设计、优化的依据.Automotive torque converter was designed with a flat profile for the purpose of achieving a smaller axial size and weight saving. Strict convergence criteria that conformed with physical principle was employed to simulate steady internal flow of a new super flat torque converter. The main flow features of impeller were obtained through velocity and pressure fields analysis. According to structure characteristics of torque converter and hydrodynamics knowledge, the reasons that caused flow defection of torque converter were studied. The features and developing trend of jet-wake flow and secondary circulation were analyzed by velocity and pressure field in meridional planes. Main flow features analysis results of internal flow field can be used to design and optimize the structure.
