摘　　要：目的:探讨不同年级医学本科生适应方面存在的问题及应对措施。方法:应用中国大学生适应量表,对医学院2210名本科生的适应状况实施问卷调查。结果:大四、大一学生适应状况良好,大四学生与大二、大三学生呈显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:有必要加强对中低年级学生的心理健康教育。Objective：To discuss the adaptability problems about students in different grades in the medical college and their interventions. Methods：CCSAS was used to investigate the 2210 students of Shenyang Medical College. Results： The students in Grade 4 and Grade 1 are fine in adaptability; the students in Grade 4 are more serious than those in Grade 2 and Grade 3（P〈0. 05）in their adaptability. Conclusions：It is necessary to give more mental health education to the students in middle-low grades.
