摘　　要：目的:构建有利于实践能力和适应能力培养的临床技能学实践教学体系。方法:通过分析临床技能学实践教学存在的问题,制定建立原则,改革实践教学模式和教学方法,整合实践教学内容,建立了以临床基本技能训练为基础、临床岗位技能训练为核心的临床技能学实践教学体系,并应用于教学实践中。结果:临床技能学实践教学体的建立,提高了教师教学积极性、创造性和教学能力,学生的综合素质显著提高。结论:临床技能学实践教学体系的建立对培养学生的实践能力和适应能力具有重要意义。Objective：To build up the clinical skills practical teaching system that trains students＇ practical ability and adaptive capacity in their clinical skills. Methods： Through analysis of the problems of teaching practice in clinical skills, the principles were constructed ; the practice educational model and the teaching methods were reformed; the practice eonrse contents were integrated;the clinical skills practice teaching system, which takes the clinical basic skill training as the foundation and the clinical post skill training as the core, was established and widely used in the teaching practice. Results：The establishment of the clinical skills practical teaching system has improved teachers＇ teaching enthusiasm, creativity and teaching ability,and the comprehensive quality of students has been significantly improved. Conclusion： The establishment of the clinical skills practical teaching system has the vital significance to raise students＇ practice ability and adaptive capacity.
