摘　　要：临床技能是临床专业学生必须掌握的基本技能,它对于医学生今后从事临床工作起着事关重要的作用。构建科学、合理的临床技能训练、考核体系并有效的实施,可有效地促进医学生更好的掌握临床技能。The clinical skill is the basic skill which the clinical college students must grasp. It plays the vital role in the medical students＇ future clinical work. Construction of scientific and reasonable clinical skill training and examination system and effective implementation can promote medical students＇ mastering the clinical skill more effectively.
