接触与在孵企业成长绩效的理论分析

摘　　要：在孵企业处于企业孵化器中,接受企业孵化器的孵化和培育.孵化器经理及管理团队与在孵企业人员的接触可以促进在孵企业成长绩效的提升.这种接触可以用接触强度来反映.本文采用接触时间强度、直接服务介入程度、公共服务平台利用程度、外部网络关系利用程度等指标反映接触强度,采用增长绩效和能力提升绩效反映在孵企业的成长绩效,建立基于接触的在孵企业成长绩效模型,并进行理论分析,提出理论假设,为进行进一步的实证研究奠定基础.这一研究对提高企业孵化器的运行效果、促进在孵企业的发展、促进在孵企业成长绩效的提升具有重要意义.Contact of incubator manager and management team with staffs of incubating enterprises can promote growth performance of incubating enterprises. This kind of contact can be reflected by contact intensity. It measures contact intensity with the indexes of contact time intensity, the involvement degree of direct service, the utilization degree of public service platform and exterior network relations, and measures growth performance of incubating enterprises with the indexes of growth performance and ability promotion performance. Then, it builds a growth performance model for incubating enterprises based on contact, conducts theoretical analysis, and proposes theoretical hypothesis for further empirical study. Therefore, it is of significant meaning to increase operation effect of business incubator, and advance the de-velopment and increase growth performance of incubating enterprises.
