摘 要:机动车尾气排放不仅危害人们身体健康,同时也破坏了生态环境.考虑机动车尾气排放的基于用户均衡路径选择模型的双层多目标优化模型被提出用来优化交叉口信号控制周期和绿信比,其优化目标是改善交通流状况的同时合理降低交叉口机动车尾气排放.并给出了该模型的启发式遗传算法和基于MATLAB遗传工具箱的求解方法.通过一个实例来解释和验证了该模型以及求解算法的可行性.The automotive exhaust emission will do harm to people's health and destroy the ecological balance. A bi-level optimization model with user-equilibrium route choice was proposed to optimize the signal cycle length and green time by considering the constraint of automotive exhaust emission. The performance index function for optimization is defined to improve traffic quality and reduce emission at intersections. At the same time, its heuristic genetic algorithm and solution with the aid of GA tool of Matlab are provided. The applications of the model and its algorithm were illustrated with a case study. It was concluded that the bi-level optimization model for signal timing of intersections under environmental objective is feasible.
