我国医学院校试办4+4医学教育模式的思考

摘　　要：M.D在中国和美国有不同的含义。我们在学习北美的4+4医学教育模式时,不应照搬美国采取4年本科教育加4年医学教育授予医学博士学位,而应该深入思考美国4+4模式背后所隐含的精神,建立适合中国国情的4+4模式:即经过4年非医学专业本科教育加4年的医学教育,毕业时授予医学学士学位(第二学士学位)。M. D has different meanings in China and U. S. A. In U. S. A, M. D degree is conferred after four years undergraduate education and plus four years medical education. However, we should not just copy it in the form only, but explore its spirit embedded in this 4＋4 model. So, we should try to build a new 4＋4 model appropriate to actual conditions in China, which means the graduates would be conferred to Medical Bachelor as the second Bachelor.
