摘　　要：给出了两个一般半群的半直积是(L-)-C-富足半群的充要条件,给半群结构的研究提供了一种新的方法。We present a necessary and sufficient condition that the semidirect product of two general semigroups is a L-C-abundant semigroup, and provide a new approach for the study of semigroup structures.
