多圆弧齿轮三维实体设计专用软件DAM的开发

摘　　要：多圆弧齿轮(轮齿齿廓由四个或四个以上的圆弧组成)是一种最新发明的新型齿轮,在齿面接触强度和轮齿弯曲强度方面,都比渐开线齿轮和双圆弧齿轮高。但这种新型齿轮的几何设计和力学计算比较复杂,为了推广这种性能优异的齿轮,必须实现设计和计算的自动化。DAM软件正是针对这一目的开发的。它是一款基于OpenGL图形内核的,集几何设计和力学计算乃至数控代码生成于一体的专业圆弧齿轮软件。Many arc gear （gear tooth profile consists of four or more composed of arc ） is a kind of newest invention of new gear, gear tooth contact strength and bending strength, than involute gear and double-arced gear. But this new type of gear geometry design and mechanics calculation is more complex, in order to promote the excellent performance of gear, must realize the automation design and calculation. Software is a DAM in the purpose of development. It is based on the OpenGL graphics, kernel geometric design and computation and nc code generation of integrated professional arc gear software. Limited space, this paper mainly introduces the geometric design part.
