摘  要:[目的]探讨全面质量管理原理在临床护理教学管理中的应用及效果。[方法]采取加强培训提高临床教师质量意识;针对全面质量管理原理中的全员、全过程、全范围质量管理等要素,对临床护理教学质量进行持续改进。[结果]实施后各种教学满意度及护生毕业综合技能考核成绩均明显提高。[结论]在临床护理教学管理中实施全面质量管理,提高了临床护理教学质量。Objective: To probe into the application of total quality management principles in clinical nursing teaching management and its effect. Methods: By adopting strengthening training to enhance clinical teaching quality consciousness; to carry out lasting improvement of clinical nursing teaching quality by aiming directly at important elements including total staffs, whole process and whole range of quality management. Results-Both teaching satisfaction degrees and comprehensive skills examination performances of student nurses have been enhanced significantly. Conclusion: In clinical nursing teaching management, to carry out total quality management can enhance clinical nursing teaching quality.
